Propiedad Multivacacional: This specific vacation club right is coupled with a special property right to the above mentioned Unit B-308, and includes the right to use such unit during the 45 week of each year until December 31, of the year 2070, such week commencing at 12:00 noon on the 45 Saturday of each calendar year and ending at 12:00 noon of the same day of the following week, coupled with the membership in the Hyatt Vacation Club a Successor Club. Notwithstanding this specific vacation club right allocation of a right to use a specific week in Unit B-308 the use of the said unit during the described time interval is subject to the exercise by the owner of certain priority rights during a fixed period of the time prior to the commencement of said interval.
