This specific vacation club right is coupled with a special property right to the above mentioned unit A-503 and includes the right to use such unit during 25 week of each year until December 31 of the year 2070, such week commencing at 12:noon on the 25 Saturday of each calendar year and ending at 12:00 noon of the same day of the following week, coupled with the membership in the Hyatt Vacation Club o a successor club.
