Vacation Club Right: This specific vacation club right is coupled with a special property right to the above mentioned unit B dash One Hundred Ten (B-110) and includes the right to use such unit during the forty (40th) week of each year until December thirty first (31st) of the year two thousand seventy (2070), such week commencing at twelve noon (12:00pm) on the forty (40) Saturday of each calendar year and ending at twelve noon (12:00pm) of the same day of the following week, coupled with the membership in the Hyatt Vacation Club or a successor club. Notwithstanding this specific vacation club right allocation of a right to use a specific week in B dash One Hundred Ten (B110) the use of said unit during the described time interval is subject to the exercise by the owner of certain priority rights during a fixed period of time prior to the commencement of said interval. In the absence of such exercise, other owners of vacation club rights in the Hacienda del Mar Vacation Club Regime and other owners of the timeshare or Vacation Club Rights in resorts throughout the world affiliated to the Hyatt Vacation Club, may use the unit to which this vacation right pertains during the above described interval on a first come, first serve reservation basis, and the owner of this vacation club’s right may use units of this Vacation Club Regime and in such other affiliated resorts, as more fully described in the Deed of Dedication of Hacienda del Mar, a Vacation Club Regime to the Vacation Club Regime
