The association is owed $11,269.07 in unpaid maintenance fees for the unit. The property is a Vacation Club Right in a Hyatt-affiliated vacation club regime located in Vega Alta, entitling the owners to use Unit A-303 during week 44 of each year through 2070, subject to priority reservation rules. Propiedad Multivacacional: Unit Week 44. This specific vacation club right is coupled with a special property right to the above mentioned Unit A-303, and includes the right to use such unit during the 44, week of each year until December 31 of the Year 2070, such week commencing at 12:00 noon on the 44, Saturday of each calendar year and ending at 12:00 noon of the same day of the following week, coupled with the membership in the Hyatt Vacation Club o a successor club. Notwithstanding this specific vacation club right allocation of a right to use a specific week in Unit A-303, the use of the said unit during the described time interval is subject to the exercise by the owner of certain priority rights during a fixed period of the time prior to the commencement of said interval.
