This report is updated regularly from official Puerto Rico property records. Changes publish after each update is reviewed and approved.
The current outline is verified against an official recorded source, and Bidicua rechecks it whenever new official records appear.
Development dates, amenities, access rules, and the official barrio require reliable source documents. Pending labels prevent unverified marketing claims from becoming published facts.
Public property records may omit a transaction amount or date for some properties. Bidicua preserves those records as unavailable instead of assuming that a sale occurred.
Bidicua converts positive recorded deed-area values from square meters to square feet. A missing, zero, or otherwise unusable source value remains unavailable.
Four current listings checked in September 2026 report UNDARE dues of $238 per month. Use that as a reported reference, then confirm the current bill, any additional assessments and the services included for the particular property. Older advertisements show different amounts.
Current listings describe shared tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, a park and a clubhouse through the UNDARE community system. The pools advertised in the homes below are private residential pools; we have not verified a shared community pool. Confirm facility access and any additional charges with the association.
The listings below range from a single-level home offered for renovation to substantially updated houses with larger living areas and extensive outdoor spaces. Compare interior area, lot size and renovation condition before comparing prices. Terraces, garages and other exterior construction can make advertised total area much larger than interior living area. Asking prices are separate from the recorded sales in this report.
UNDARE operates the shared controlled-access system, and current listings describe guard service. Access still varies by street and parcel: some Santa María properties are outside an entrance. For a home you are considering, check its actual approach, visitor procedure and access to the shared recreation areas.
Ask which parts of the home are original and which were renovated, and compare the floor plan with the advertised interior area. Where a property has a pool, solar panels, batteries, a generator or a cistern, ask about age, maintenance and what is included in the sale. Those features belong to individual homes and are not standard throughout the neighborhood.
