Vega Baja · Algarrobo · Residencial Guarico

This is a judicial foreclosure sale arising from a collection and mortgage foreclosure action brought by a federal rural development lender against the heirs of the deceased borrower. One residential lot with a single-story concrete house is being sold. The judgment is for roughly $6,457.76 in principal, plus 9.5% interest from February 2018, accessory credits and advances, a subsidy, and $4,060.00 in costs, expenses and attorney fees. The notice states the property has no prior or preferential liens per the Registry, though the standard clause says any such liens would survive. A title study found subsequent liens, which are ordinarily cancelled by the sale, and subsequent creditors are invited to pay off the debt before the sale. Payment must be in cash, postal money order or manager's check. A notice of lawsuit is annotated in the registry. Investors should confirm occupancy and possession status, since the notice says nothing on these points.
