This report is updated regularly from official Puerto Rico property records. Changes publish after each update is reviewed and approved.
The current outline is verified against an official recorded source, and Bidicua rechecks it whenever new official records appear.
Development dates, amenities, access rules, and the official barrio require reliable source documents. Pending labels prevent unverified marketing claims from becoming published facts.
Public property records may omit a transaction amount or date for some properties. Bidicua preserves those records as unavailable instead of assuming that a sale occurred.
Bidicua converts positive recorded deed-area values from square meters to square feet. A missing, zero, or otherwise unusable source value remains unavailable.
Villa Carolina is in Carolina, with six numbered sections extending from its older southern streets to the 400, 500 and 600 street series farther north. The official electoral sector lists place most sections in Buena Vista and the first-section strip along Calles 1–16 and Avenida Roberto Clemente in Martín González.
The original southern section was already present on the 1963 USGS Carolina map. The map was made from 1962 aerial photography and checked in 1963. That is a documented-by date, not an official founding year or a construction date for every house. The later numbered sections developed afterward.
The municipal Roberto Clemente sports complex is on Calle 24 in the third extension. Neighborhood recreation grounds include basketball courts, playing fields and parks within the residential street grid. Municipal facilities have their own programs, operating rules and possible charges; they are not a private club included with every home.
Some individual physical-address labels differ from the continuous Villa Carolina block and lot sequence around them. Those labels are kept as source evidence. The geographically separate Villa Fontana community remains distinct, as do Balboa Townhouses, Mansiones de Monserrate and neighboring apartment complexes.
Current dues and a single association or entrance policy covering all six sections have not been established. Historical recreational associations and a rental’s zero association-fee field do not establish a universal homeowners’ association or no owner dues. Confirm the arrangements for the specific street or residence.
