Q-3 Mar del Norte

Paseo Los Corales II continues the sea-named street pattern of its neighbor Paseo Los Corales I, adding Calle Mar de Bengal, Calle Mar Mediterraneo, and Calle Mar Negro to the map of Los Paseos de Dorado. Located in the Higuillar barrio of Dorado, Puerto Rico, it is a separate neighborhood with its own shared grounds. This section includes 124 recorded properties. Recorded transaction patterns suggest an initial build-out around 2005, the latest estimate among the seven components. Its residents share the gated master community's pools, playgrounds, and tennis and basketball courts.
