Miradero de Humacao is a residential subdivision in barrio Cataño, near the PR-3 corridor. Its detached houses follow gently curving streets with names such as Camino del Monte and Camino de las Lomas. Construction was under way in the early 2000s, and homes continued to change hands through later closing groups. Shared recreation grounds at the northeastern end contain a pool and sports facilities. The development is separate from the homes and larger land parcels along the surrounding roads.
