Palmas Reales is a residential community near the main entrance roundabout of Palmas del Mar, Humacao. Its one-level and two-level homes follow short streets and cul-de-sacs near Country Club Drive. The neighborhood developed during the 1990s, with later renovations differing from house to house. Shared recreation grounds contain a pool, clubhouse, basketball court and play area, while several green parcels follow the street layout. Villa Franca and Los Lagos are neighboring communities with separate housing grids.
