Urbanización Santa Teresita is a residential neighborhood in Santurce, San Juan, just east of Parque Barbosa and close to Ocean Park Beach. Its street grid took shape around 1950 and meets Park Boulevard, a separate community with its own name. Municipal and court records document a residents association and an access system shared by the two neighborhoods. Santa Teresita's homes and streets sit between the park, the coast, and Calle Loíza; the park and beach remain public places outside the urbanization. Its 230 property records stop before the Calle Loíza properties to the south. The shared grid helps explain why nearby addresses sometimes carry different neighborhood names even though the communities are close together.
