Caparra Hills is a residential urbanización in the Pueblo Viejo barrio of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, on the hillside immediately above the San Patricio commercial district and about nine kilometres west of central San Juan. Developed from around 1970, it comprises 109 recorded properties across 109 parcels on streets named for native trees — among them Tamarindo, Eucalipto, Cedro, Nogal, Acacia, Ébano, Húcare, Bucaré and Yagrumo — with lettered blocks running from A through K. Lots are large for the area, with a median around 739 square metres, and a community park occupies the southern edge. The Puerto Rico State Elections Commission lists the urbanización in electoral unit 5 of the barrio, separately from Condominio Caparra Hills Tower and Condominio Caparra Hills Village, which are not part of this report. Neither is the Avenida Tabonuco and Calle Ortegón retail frontage, including Galería San Patricio: those parcels carry the Caparra Hills name in the property records but are commercial rather than community lots. Caparra Hills adjoins Alturas de San Patricio to the south.
