Monte Brisas is a large residential community in the Quebrada Fajardo barrio of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. The official sector breakdown for Precinct 099 Fajardo lists Urbanización Monte Brisas together with Ext. Monte Brisas II, Ext. Monte Brisas III, Ext. Monte Brisas IV (Alturas de Monte Brisas), Ext. Monte Brisas V and Jardines Monte Brisas under this one barrio, and the two polling places serving those phases carry addresses inside the community, on Calle 104 in the third section and at Avenida Conquistador in Alturas de Monte Brisas.
