Parkville is a residential urbanización in the Frailes barrio of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, immediately west of the San Juan municipal line and reached from Avenida Lopategui. Developed from the early 1960s, it comprises 507 recorded properties across 506 parcels laid out on streets named for United States presidents — among them Adams, Cleveland, Garfield, Grant, Harding, Jefferson, Lincoln, Madison, McKinley, Monroe, Washington and Wilson — with lettered blocks running from A through T. Two community open spaces sit inside the urbanización: a central park with a court, and a smaller green to its south. The Puerto Rico State Elections Commission lists it in electoral unit 13 of the barrio. Parkville is the oldest and largest of a cluster of communities sharing the name: Extensión Parkville, laid out on streets named for United States states, adjoins it to the north-east, while Parkville Terrace, Parkville Court, Quintas de Parkville, Colinas de Parkville and the Villas de Parkville and Parkville Plaza condominiums are separate developments and are not covered by this report. Urbanización Mallorca borders the Calle Alabama corridor to the east, and Villa Clementina lies beyond it.

This report is updated regularly from official Puerto Rico property records. Changes publish after each update is reviewed and approved.
The current outline is verified against an official recorded source, and Bidicua rechecks it whenever new official records appear.
Development dates, amenities, access rules, and the official barrio require reliable source documents. Pending labels prevent unverified marketing claims from becoming published facts.
Public property records may omit a transaction amount or date for some properties. Bidicua preserves those records as unavailable instead of assuming that a sale occurred.
Bidicua converts positive recorded deed-area values from square meters to square feet. A missing, zero, or otherwise unusable source value remains unavailable.
It is in the Frailes barrio of Guaynabo, between Avenida Lopategui and the Calle Alabama corridor. The Elections Commission sector list for Precinct 007 Guaynabo places it in electoral unit 13.
No. Extensión Parkville is recorded as its own community on the United States state-named streets, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nebraska, and Nevada. Forty-five records there carry a bare Parkville label, and the reviewed membership keeps every one of them outside the report.
Yes. A central park with a court sits inside the urbanization, with a smaller green to its south. Both are within the report boundary.
Transfers retained on current reviewed parcels begin in 1963 and 1964. The report uses 1963 as a working estimate for the development era, not as an official subdivision-creation date.
