Propiedad Multivacacional: WEEK 52. This specific vacation club right is coupled with a special property right to the abovementioned Unit B-112 and includes the right to use such unit during the 52th week of each year until December 31, of the year 2070, such week commencing at 12:00 noon on the 52th Saturday of each calendar year and ending at 12:00 noon of the same day of the following week, coupled with the membership in the Hyatt Vacation Club o a successor club. Notwithstanding this specific vacation club right allocation of a right to use a specific week in Unit B-112, the use of the said unit during the described time interval is subject to the exercise by the owner of certain priority rights during a fixed period of the time prior to the commencement of said interval. In the absence of such exercise, other owners of vacation club rights in the Haciendas del Mar, Vacation Club Regime and other owners of timeshare or vacation club rights in resorts throughout the world affiliated to the Hyatt Vacation Club, may use the unit to with this vacation right pertains during the above described interval on a first come, first serve reservation basis, and the owner of this vacation club right may use units of this Vacation Club Regime and in such other affiliated resorts, as more fully described in the Deed of Dedication of Haciendas del Mar, Vacation Club Regime to the vacation club regime.
